Research On Optimization Of Information Management In ZF Wool Manufacturing Enterprises

In the current era of industry 4.0,integration of industrialization and industrialization and big data,the level of enterprise information management determines the competitiveness of enterprises to a certain extent.Enterprise information management provides powerful help for the production and development of enterprises,and also lays a solid foundation for the development of enterprises in different directions.Due to the lack of unified planning in the information management of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China,there are a series of problems in the information management,such as information island,repeated construction,low success rate of implementation.Therefore,it is necessary to seriously study the reasonable planning and implementation of information management in small and medium-sized enterprises.Made in China 2025 provides small and medium-sized enterprises with the development direction of information management,favorable policies and technical support,which is a very good development opportunity for information management of small and medium-sized enterprises.Seize this opportunity,do a good job in the construction and optimization of information management,formulate the development direction of information management in the future,and prepare for the digital transformation of enterprises,so that enterprises can continue to develop healthily;Otherwise,it may become the elimination of production capacity and be eliminated by the market.This paper takes the information management of ZF company as the research object,using the methods of literature research,investigation research,case study and qualitative research,to explore the Information Management Optimization Countermeasures of small and medium-sized wool manufacturing industry.First of all,ZF company has a certain foundation of information management.This paper adopts in-depth interviews,special meetings and other methods to collect and summarize the problems existing in ZF company's information management.Delphi expert judgment,brainstorming and fishbone diagram are used to find out the root causes of the problems,and qualitative analysis,induction and summary are made on ZF company's information management problems.It is concluded that the core problems in the process of information management of ZF company are as follows:obsolete information infrastructure,lack of technical ability of information department,certain resistance of employees,nonstandard information management process,no unified planning and development,and no data standardization.In view of the crux of the problem,combined with the actual situation of ZF company,combined with the strategic objectives of ZF company,the principles of optimization scheme design and the content of enterprise information management,through the strategic objective set transformation method(SST)and Nolan model,the strategic objectives and specific objectives of ZF company's information management are determined,and then the information management optimization scheme of ZF company is put forward.The plan mainly includes optimization of information infrastructure,optimization of information organization structure,optimization of training,optimization of system integration,optimization of information management process and optimization strategy of data standardization,and analyzes and determines the optimization content item by item.At the same time,the idea of Intelligent Manufacturing in the future is put forward.Finally,the implementation guarantee for ZF company's information management optimization scheme is formulated,including organization guarantee,ZF company's system guarantee and ZF company's fund guarantee.This paper hopes to optimize and improve the existing problems of ZF company's information management,improve the information management level of ZF company,and then use its information to achieve the purpose of saving costs,improving production efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.ZF company,the research object of this paper,belongs to the traditional wool manufacturing enterprises.There are a large number of such enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region,and most of the information management is relatively backward,and some still use the old management information system concept.Therefore,it is unique and representative to study the path and implementation scheme of information management optimization of small and medium-sized enterprises in textile manufacturing industry.
