Design And Implementation Of Timecard Management System For Manufacturing Enterprises

Timecard management is an important part of enterprise cost management and project management, and timecard management information can bring huge profits for the enterprise. The subject of this paper is to study the timecard management system of processing and manufacturing enterprises. On the basis of the demand for a certain manufacturing enterprise, we design and develop the system, basically be able to meet the needs of processing and manufacturing enterprises for timecard management to realize the fine, information and dynamic management in the process of enterprise production and management, and to improve the efficiency of the enterprise.The main work has finished of this paper is the following aspects:First, in this paper, the present situation of domestic and foreign of timecard management system were comprehensive analysis and research, and describes the system’s business model and key technology; through market research, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of current timecard management products, and on the basis of a manufacturing enterprise’s full of survey, finally we decided the architecture of the system.Secondly, through the needs analysis of a manufacturing enterprise timecard management system, we design and realize the timecard management system, and the key modules of the system are production parts management module, timecard management module, process card management module and query and analysis module block. In this paper we proposed for a manufacturing enterprise timecard management improvement strategies, and on the basic of processing manufacturing enterprises timecard management demand, according to the actual situation of the enterprise in a processing manufacturing, application of advanced technologies and management concepts and success criteria for the management mode of enterprises, and ultimately to achieve the enterprise information management.Finally, this paper describes the operation of the system, showing the effect of the interface of the system, and test all kinds of modules of the system.This paper designed and implemented the“ processing and manufacturing enterprise timecard management system ”, the system can effective statistics of working hours, to control the progress of the project, the effective cost control, and the system has the advantages of simple operation, close to the actual, give full consideration to the needs of human users and has good practicability.
