Design And Implementation Of ERP Management System For Manufacturing Enterprises

The21st century is the era of rapid economic development, modern enterprises have to constantly improve their management level and management quality in order to stand in an impregnable position in the market competition, thus better methods of information management are needed urgently. The thesis analyzed the reason why manufacturing enterprises produce at low efficiency and high cost and explored how to improve the production efficiency. Finally, the thesis drew the conclusion that manufacturing enterprises must speed up their process of management informationization. The main content of this paper is to design and implement the ERP management system of manufacture enterprises. Through the functions of purchasing management, inventory management, production process control and real time data information release, we can improve the management level of enterprise information, reduce the costs of production and improve production efficiency.The thesis has carried on the system requirements analysis and designed and implemented the manufacturing enterprise ERP management system, which is divided into four main modules:Product management module realized the functions of product process.Purchasing management module included vendor information management, purchasing plan and material arrived record.Inventory management module realized functions of inventory operation.Process management focused on the basic information of the production, including material definition, product definition, process definition and process route design.This system is based on the Yii framework which is based on MVC model. MVC model is including Model, View and Controller. It makes the implementation process of this system more convenient and efficient for users under the guidance of object-oriented thought, which will help expandability and secondary development. Meanwhile JQuery and AJAX is used for interface optimization and realizing asynchronous loading.After developing the system, this research has implemented all functions of the system according to the functional requirements. This system runs stably with all functions realized, which means a lot to this manufacturing enterprise. This system has greatly increased the enterprise production and management efficiency and decreased cost of production, thus promoted the enterprise to create more value.
