Currently,an energy consumes the coal to have 70%in our country structure,this kind of energy structure makes energy utilization low on the hand.It will bring pollution to environment on the other hand,but the managing environment needs to pay a high price. The electric power is a kind of two energies for sweeping,delivering convenience, large-scale concentration produce.In recent years it develops more and quickly.Its development is advantageous to easing increasingly heavy environmental protection pressure,also advantageous to our country energy structure of excellent turn adjustment. Moreover,when the store hot type electric stove circulates,it can also avert from charged barbed wire net to use electricity high peak,to the apices valley of charged barbed wire net regulate a function effectively,be advantageous to charged barbed wire net of safety and economy circulate.This introduces characteristics and development of programmable controller first,.
