Research And Design Of Intelligent Electric Actuator Controller

In today's industrial automation process control,the main role of the intelligent electric actuator is to control the opening of the valve.Its intelligence can make the entire control process faster,more accurate,and more stable.This project is based on the "double firstclass" project completed by Northern University for Nationalities and Wuzhong Instrument Factory.The main purpose is to design an intelligent electric actuator controller.The main work in this article is as follows:(1)Design scheme of intelligent electric actuator controller.This subject has researched the controllers of intelligent electric actuators at home and abroad,and combined with the design requirements put forward by Wuzhong Instrument Factory,worked out the overall controller design scheme.(2)Control scheme of intelligent electric actuator controller.After analyzing the characteristics of AC asynchronous motors,the control scheme is studied based on this,which mainly includes control algorithms and control strategies.(3)Design of hardware unit and software unit of intelligent electric actuator controller.According to the functional characteristics of software and hardware,the function is divided,and the design ideas of each functional module are introduced in detail.(4)Simulation and actual measurement of the functional module of the intelligent electric actuator controller.During the design and development process,Proteus simulation test experiments were performed for the function modules of the controller,and the previous products of the controller were tested many times.The intelligent electric actuator controller has undergone multiple system tests after the early product implementation,and the feasibility of the controller has been verified.However,due to the constraints of time and conditions,the controller is in the development stage.The actuator controller is perfected.
