The problem of little flexibility and inconvenience to maintain the experiment equipments difficultly in traditional experiment teaching, having not been reflected the experimental field characteristic, having a big difference to practical hardware experiment because software is used to simulate the hardware equipment is considered. In the advent the development of remote experiment, a kind of method is proposed, which the experiments can be done in Internet. Boil-controlled system as the experiment object, Browser/Server design model is adopted in order to access the remote experiment resources through Internet , a platform is provided for students which is adapt to the control theory teaching and research based on hardware control .After the general structure of remote experiment is proposed, the design and implement of behind control sub-system is introduced profoundly, it is consisted of boil-controlled system and behind control server. Behind control server is provided by behind control server,in one part, communicating with boil-controlled system accurately with I/O board and multi-media timer, in the other part, transferring the necessary experiment data with TCP protocol and Winsock program interface The control server software is developed in integrated development environment Visual C++, can have the effect of high efficient code and good real-time .The experiment running results testifies that remote boil-controlled system can be controlled with program included in system or self-developing program online. Real-time response curve can be obtained and filed experiment image can be seen by Internet video photographer, so it confirms that the behind control sub-system has a nice performance and the method of this remote experiment system is feasible .At the same time ,running results makes sure that the hardware resources can be accessed publicly. It also provide a model for control experiment teaching and other remote experiments.
