Valve electric actuating equipments are widely used to operate and regulate valves in modern control system, and the valve electric controller is a main section of the valve electric actuating equipment. Following the principle of safety, reliability, conveniences and advancement, an overall design of the valve electric actuating equipment has been made in this article, the studying and developing of the control system has been made also. And the bus controlling system and the CDMA communicating network are brought to the scheme of the intelligent electronic actuator. The software used for controlling the system in C language is also programmed. Meanwhile, in order to improve the anti- interference abilities of this instrument, a series of software-and-hardware measures of protection indicates have been adopted.Besides, in detail the author analyzed the valve the vavle position locating and the compensating of flux characteristic .
