Abstract:With the rapid development of modern production technology as well as the social and material prosperity, the plane warehouse for goods storage has been far from being able to meet the current demand. Automation is a major trend of the development of modern logistics technology, therefore Stereoscopic warehouse as the major component of modern logistics system occupies a very important position in the whole logistics system. Based on the analysis of the research situation, the warehouse of the advantages and the development trend as well as combined with a factory tobacco grade formula automated warehouse business content, the use of Siemens programmable logic controller technology, this paper designs a set of stereoscopic warehouse control system to successfully achieve the implementation of the real-time control of the three-dimensional warehouse by controlling the conveyor and stacker using the Siemens programmable logic controller technology.The main work is as follows:Firstly,based on programmable logic controller of the basic structure, working principle, advantages and function as well as the summary and the analysis of Siemens programmable logic controller features and advantages, the paper selects the Siemens series products as stereoscopic warehouse control system hardware. And it describes the automated warehouse the composition of the system and automatic control system composition in detail and also summarizes the key research of automated warehouse system design.Secondly, it analyses the design objectives, the principle features as well as the structure and function of the control system of the automated warehouse system in depth and that it configures the structure for control system and plans the system flow area and describes the specific functions of the system process and designs the equipment layout work.Lastly, Through the analysis of three-dimensional warehouse system module and network connection mode, it analyses the main hardware parts of warehouse, such as the stackers and shelves.it chooses the combination of lift transportation mode and rail transportation mode as the system of goods transport equipment through the comparative analysis of various goods transport equipment. In addition it designs and installs core components of the PLC as well. In the completion of basic hardware configuration of automated warehouse system condition, it designs software for the system control process successfully, including the design of the control flow chart, the realization of the control process and the PLC ladder diagram, it achieves the control of warehouse system in the PC through the completion of the whole system of human-machine interface. After all, the entire automated warehouse system completes the whole design.
