With the high-speed development of the computer communication network technology, the industrial control system which is focus in Programmable Controller develops by way of large scale, opening, network. Each PLC corporation researches its own network products, and enhances its network connections' ability continually.There are abundant industrial control network productions in OMRON Company, which can compose of various network systems to fit various demands of industrial automatic network. The representative three kinds of networks are control layer oriented Ethernet, manipulative layer oriented Controller Link Net and device layer oriented Device Net.It is based on the laboratorial devices which are provided by OMRON Company, the task is as follows:Firstly, the experimental programs of measuring rotate speed, comparing target value and interrupting count are done for CPM2A in CX-Programmer application condition. At the same time, the experimental programs of locating origin and outputting fixed amounts of impulses are worked out.Secondly, screen data are established for NS8 series programmable terminal (PT) in NS Designer6.0 application condition. It realizes the mensurating speed display control for device layer CPM2A programmable controller and the movement control function for CJ1M-CPU23 programmable controller.Finally, Controller Link and Device-Net two levels of Bus control networks are constructed to implement the scheme of programmable terminal measuring and controlling bottom programmable controller. The specific method is as follows: NS8 series programmable terminal (PT) communicates with CJ1M-CPU23 programmable controller by RS-232C. CJ1M-CPU23 programmable controller connects with CJ1M-CPU13 programmable controller in Controller Link network connection. CJ1M-CPU13 programmable controller connects with CPM2A programmable controller in Device-Net network connection. In this way, the network communication control hardware connection from control layer to device layer is established. Then, it uses its own configured software to set software for two levels of Bus to realize communication control demand.In the lab, the laboratory apparatus are networked, and then the experiments of industrial control network device layer and control layer are conducted. The laboratory apparatus become networked, which can program with one computer as well as connect with network to debug. They can use to network experiments as well as machine control experiments. As the laboratory apparatus being networked, the disadvantage that there is only theory teaching without chance to practice is avoided when students learn the knowledge of industrial control network. On one hand, it can improve the ability of practice and the spirit of dealing with concrete matters relating to work. On the other hand, the advanced practice ways can update the theory.
