With the development of the global economy and the appearance of global manufacturing, supply chain has been widely used in manufacturing industry; meanwhile, supply chain management is becoming more and more attracted by people's attention. In order to implement supply chain management better, it is very necessary to study the supply chain modeling technology and use it to support the model performance analysis and desicision activities in supply chain management.Recently, the common methods of modeling supply chain are network method, approximation method and SCOR method etc. However, these methods have the disadvantages such as restraining the model too much, hard to processing or difficult to guid the whole system design. We should be noted that the ICEMDA method which is proposed by ICES center has advantages of high efficiency, strong configuration and interoperatable function.So in this thesis we shall use ICEMDA to model the supply chain distribution management system.As the basis of building a model, first we should study the model mapping and transformation methods. We study the mapping methods inside ICE-CIM tier, transformation methods from ICE-CIM tier to ICE-PIM tier and the mapping methods inside ICE-PIM tier. For the convenience of research and developing the model automatic transformation software, we use the logistic transformation method for the mapping inside the model and we use the relation algebraic transformation method between the different models.In the basis of ICEMDA theory and the transformation methods discussed before, we build the ICE-CIM and ICE-PIM models for supply chain distribution management system. First we build the ICE-CIM model for supply chain distribution system, and then build the ICE-PIM model, which is usful for the implementation of the system in future.Finally, we evaluate the performance of the model built before. First we analyze the indicators of the model performace, and then we use the simulation method to build a simulation system for the distribution system model, finally we analyze the different parameter's influence on model performace and put forward some optimization tatics.We can see from the conclusion that the transformation methods we studied have excellent project feasibility and the simulation method has high accuracy and applicant value. Also we prove the feasibility and effectiveness of ICEMDA in supply chain management domain.
