The competition is not between the enterprises again, but between the supply chain and the supply chain during the market competition of 21st century. In this text we set up a model with two supply chains, that forms the competing model of the supply chain. We simulate the relation between the member of the supply chain and the retailer' s different market requirement forecasting methods and the manufacturer's different price strategies by using the computer programming VC++. Then we analyses to the datum of simulation by SPSS, the statistical analyzable software, and the relation of some relevant factors among them.(1) It is analyzed that the manufacturers take the different price strategy that leads to the change of income. These changes show the effect of price adjustment strategy during the competition of the supply chain. In the competition of the supply chain, the manufactures can analysis the rival' s competitive strategy at any time, and make the different strategy such as different price promoting, price discount or the allowances, etc. with the products seasonal change so that they can the achieve largest income.(2) It is analyzed the difference of the competition manufacturers' income when they take the same price strategy, the same forecasting methods. The difference of their income value has stated the function that the advantage of the cost can't be ignored in the competition of the supply chain. The competition manufacturer should take a series of effective measures, make great efforts to reduce the whole total cost of the supply chain. Besides, this text has proved too, the advantage of the cost is not the only factor winning in the supply chain competition. The enterprise of inferior strength of the cost can adopt other different tactics, carry on the effective return to the advantage enterprise of the cost.(3) It is analyzed that the manufactures' income change when the retailer adopts different forecasting methods and the information sharingto market demand. That proves that the function that different forecasting methods produce in the supply chain competition is different. It is obvious that adopting the forecasting methods can prevent blindness and choosing the rational effective forecasting methods can reduce the total cost of the supply chain. All these can make the whole supply chain have the larger competition advantages.
