Distribution system is the important part of marketing, which has the nature of slow-establish process, long-term efficiency and unsureness of control. Therefore, the study on distribution system is important. At present, the study of distribution system has mostly concentrated on conflict management, control system, cost and financial problems in sole distribution channel. There has no study on distribution system in the environment of supply chain until now. Therefore, designing a good distribution network to enhance the management of distribution under the global supply chain management environment can enable the enterprises to satisfy the customer's requirements better and eventually to win in the competition. The paper begins with the analysis of problems in traditional distribution system, and then comes up with distribution system management pattern in supply chain environment. Compared with traditional system, the system based on supply chain pays more attention on the cooperation between manufacture and distributors and among distributors. In this paper, as an important part of supply chain, distribution system accelerates benign channel cycle and circulates efficiently by the way of distribution network optimization, channel and distributors select and other factors. The paper use systemic antilogy and supply chain strategy to study distribution system in supply chain environment. It mainly focuses on the design of the optimization model for distribution system in supply chain management environment, which can be divided into strategic, tactical and operational problems. At strategic level, a distribution network model designed with multi-plants, multi-products and multi-distributing centers is put forward. The optimization model is solved by heuristic algorithm combined with traditional branch and bound algorithm, which aims at integrating and coordinating the supply chain manufacturing process and the distribution aspect in order to decrease the total cost of manufacture and distribution system. At tactical level, tactical models are used to evaluate whether the strategies and polices are rational and effective. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is discussed to evaluate and eventually select the perfect distributors, thus upgrades the veracity of supply chain. At operational level, the planning study of the inventory and transportation of distribution systems is discussed. Analyzes the traditional problems of inventory management and the new inventory strategies under the supply chain management environment, studying the various inventory control decisions. In transportation part, uses a least cost model to optimize the design of the transportation lines and decrease the cost considering the pros and cons of the various decisions about lines planning, transportation methods, etc. Finally, total study results and future work are summarized. |
