In order to adapt itself to new competition circumstance, the manufacturer begins to contact close with the suppliers of the upper stream and the selling agents of the downstream, becoming gradually the manufacture system. The competition of the enterprises also converts gradually into the competition of the supply chain. Along with improving continuously the informational degree of enterprise, distribution system in the supply chain has already been becoming the most popular distribution management system in home and abroad at present. At the same time, the valid optimization of distribution system becomes one of important paths to increase the manufacturer's profits.This dissertation presents an optimal model of distribution system, focusing on the double tiers distribution network composed of one manufacturer, many offices and distributors. The dissertation includes the following aspects:First, this dissertation elaborates the development present actuality of the distribution management mode and distribution management system, analyzing present condition and result of researching distribution optimization theories detailedly.Second, this dissertation is focused on research and built up the distribution optimization model in which manufacturer is core. In the double tiers distribution network, analyze constitution of the income of the manufacturer and the main cost within the operation process. Present a distribution optimization model with manufacturer as core, through integrating the sale income and operation cost models. This mode regards the biggest profits of manufacturer as an optimal target, making sure the reasonable amount of goods that the manufacturer provides for the offices and distributors in unit time.Third, present a distribution transfer optimal model based on the time and cost factors, namely the choice transfer project model which satisfies the time...
