With the rapid economic development, the competition among enterprises are increasing. The enterprise's own personnel has become a vital factors in its strategic objectives. Fundamentally, Business Management in enterprises is the management of its talent. The relization of the best integration of talent and efficient management can only through the establishment of transparent, easy to search and comprehensive human resource management system. Currently there are many versions of human resource management system on the market, however to find the one with the actual situation of enterprise is not easy. To improve the level and efficiency, reduce management cost, the scalability of system and other aspects of the effect in most human resource management system now is not obvious. This thesis aims to study the establishment of human resource management system which not only meets the needs of the enterprise but also applies to other enterprises and government departments and also does well in improving the efficiency of enterprise management and enterprise competitiveness, the platform migration of software system, reusability and extensibility, which is also the urgent needs of many enterprises. Main thesis is as follows:(1). NET technologies and. NET Framework, UML is analyzed and studied. Firstly described the structure and operation mechanism of .NET Framework and then studied the the data access technology ADO.NET and the new generation of server page technology ASP.NET. The two components and the functions, features of ASP.NET are discussed in detail and finally analyzed and studied the contents of UML modeling and the process of modeling.(2)Analyzed and studied the position of human resources management in the social and economic development and the four stages of the development of human resource management system, then discussed the main functions and features of the each stage of HRMS. Combined with the demand of human resource management system, top-level use case diagram is designed at first and then all the subsystems of the system were analyzed through the use case and the object class diagrams, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams of core subsystem are given.(3)The design principles and methods of database are discussed in previous and then given the system's data sheet composition. By comparing and reasearching the common technologies of paging this paper gave an improved self-designed data paging method which realized the efficient performance of the system.The HRMS which described in this thesis has been completed and are being used based on the study above which shows good stability and reliability during the runninging in the past year.
