With the rapid advance of economic globalization and modern science and technology, the era of knowledge economy has roundly been. During this period, knowledge is the driving force of economic growth and talents are the decisive factor in economic development. Human resource has become the strategic resource of enterprise core competitive power, so the human resource management in enterprise management is the most important. Through establishing the smart, efficient and comprehensive human resource management system(HRMS) which provides the evidence of human resource management and the accurate data of decision-making for the managers to promote the continuable and steady development of the enterprise. On this condition, the enterprise can take full advantage of the available resources and import the scientific mode and ideas of human resource management on the basis of the information management to achieve the optimal allocation of human resource.This paper introduces the importance of human resource and analyzes the important significance of HRMS. Firstly, on the condition, this paper analyzes the total requirement of the human resource department, and then analyzes concretely organization management, personnel management, training management, report business management etc. by UML model. Secondly, based on system requirement, this paper designs the system total function layout, and then designs system multilayer architecture which includes Presentation layer, Business logic layer and Persistent layer by the layered principle of J2EE. Thirdly, the paper concretely designs a series of modules on those parts which are organization management, personnel management, training management, report business management etc. by UML model. Fourthly, based on the analysis of system data, this paper designs the database E-R model and logical data model of system.This paper also introduces system development environment and the framework used in each layer, gives some reasons to adopt the framework and then gives some codes to introduce the system realization. Finally, this paper sums up the whole article and gives future prospects of the study on the system.
