With the coming of knowledge economy age,the focus of market competition transfers fromsubstance resources to intellectual resource. The value of human resource becomes the symbol ofcounting an enterprise's whole competition abilities. Because of the rapid development of the sciencetechnology, the connotation and extension of the Human Resource Management Department(HRMD)'s role and responsibility have been changed greatly: they depend on the advanced computermanagement, and are pulled out from the miscellaneous works and set up a new age HumanResource Management System (HRMS) standing on the angle of enterprise and the high of strategy.As one of the application system in corporation, the Web-based Human Resource ManagementSystem (HRMS) has an very important effect. This paper designed and realization a HRMS based onWeb that is developed for S corporation. The S corporation is a big Multinational Corporation, hisbusiness spread all over many countries and locations, so his employees are so many and therelationship between them is very complex. In a word, to rebuild a good and efficient HRMS is thebasic and main problem of the management in company. This new system is ready for theserequirements.This paper states the background of the project for the new system. According to the Scorporation's situation, the paper analyses the shortcoming and disadvantage, and gives out theexcellence and characteristic of the new system. At last, the paper summing up the value andmeaning is to study the composition theory of Software framework based on components of themulti-storey and its specific ways to achieve.Paper presents of the main technologies which are used in the project design process,including .Net technology and Active Directory and so on. The .Net technology introduces .NetFramework, ASP.NET and ADO.NET, which are indispensable for the development of Webapplications, and then to introduce the feature of Active Directory, integration of these features, thedirectory service is used to store user information, and realizes the Windows integration certification.A good system must have a good beginning. That is the requirement analysis. First paperintroduces the requirement extraction method --customer research, next introduced specific researchobjectives, research plans and research tools and method. This paper describes the new requirementsaccording to a summary of research result and requirements of existing systems. Finally introducedtwo methods of requirements expressed: requirements functional list and Use Cases model, and giveout an analysis of both the advantages and shortcomings with the system examples.This system is big system, it has many function module, the author just join some module. Sothe paper introduces system design with a chapter, first introduced by the overall design, includingthe system framework, the logical structure and so on, the next section introduced the functionalmodules and outlines the function of each module. Finally specifying how to design the nationalmanagement modules, role management and staff management module, each module is described inaccordance with the functions description, database table structure design, data access layer design,logic design and pages design, and giving out the specific class and flow chart of the main function,The purpose is to introduce how to design each modular from the bottom to the page and how torealize the function using by transferring the interface between layers and layers.Paper describes the coding details based on the design of the three systems which are describedin the design chapter, each module is described with a section, the sort of specification is datacomponents model, the data access layer, logic level and pages, as part of the papers interfacefunction, providing a concrete realization of code, and a detailed analysis of the process of therealization of code, each of the final section gives a corresponding sub-module main functionflowchart, and a detailed description of each of the specific procedures.Paper describing the human resources management system, has been operating in the actualenvironment, the results of user testing reflect the system is fully meet the company's needs, conciseinterface, flexible customized functions can be fully reflected humanization of software designconcepts, the human' operation has been greatly reduced, automation and information has been true.The new HRMS is a system that includes software and hardware. The software is a wholemodern management institution that fit the enterprise organization manner, management mechanismand enterprise culture, while the hardware include all kinds of Internet technology and its hardwareand the application software. The building of HRMS rule the FIRM as well as meet the talentdemand of enterprise development, settle the problem of synchronization of HRM and enterprisedevelopment strategy and accelerate enterprise continuance develops rapidly.
