The Research And Realization Of Workflow Dynamic Modification In University Office Automation System

In recent years,the informatization of college goes up to a new stage. To improve the cooperating work efficiency and the whole office working level,the advanced workflow technology is widely concerned.For the importance of the workflow management system's flexibility in improving the cooperating work efficiency of the college,the dynamic workflow technology is of high value.The Office Automation System is the important part of the Digital Campus.To improve the flexibility of workflow management system,taking the construction of digital campus of Ocean University of China as a background,this paper analyzes the current characteristic of informatization job in the university,and researches on areas including the workflow modeling,the dynamic modification and the application of workflow management system;Meanwhile,this paper also researches on the method of dynamic workflow technology's application on the OA system.The main points of this paper are as follows:(1) The actuality and the deficiency of the current workflow technology is analyzed according to the expatiating on the workflow technology.(2) A workflow model supporting the dynamic modifying and its implementation arithmetic and an implementation method using the OO technology is proposed according to the Directed Graph theory.(3) The strategy of dynamic modifying of workflow model is researched, a improved conversion strategy is proposed,and the detailed process of dynamic modifying is discussed.(4) Having researched on the construction scheme of digital campus and the workflow of office business,an OA system model based on dynamic workflow technology was proposed according to the workflow management system model and several typical functions of OA workflow management system were realized,which is of high value on improving the automatization of business operation and the cooperating work ability.
