Research And Application Of Dynamic Workflow Technology In Office Automation

Workflow technology makes business process automatic, which helps enterprise to deal with the most important business and trace processes .The purpose of workflow is to improve flexibility and adaptability of enterprise operation, optimize and use all kinds of resources through business process rebuilding.The demand of office automation, one of the most fundamental applications of workflow, become more and more complex, which is not only defining business process, but also modifying the living workflow process. The research in how to modify workflow is very necessary, and we call this research as dynamic workflow technology. Dynamic workflow will make office automation system more flexible, expansibility and timely reaction of demand change.This paper researched the principal theory and application method of dynamic workflow. On the basis of full understanding of dynamic workflow theory, it provided a dynamic workflow engine design based on Java and confirmed the correctness of design in office automation system. During the research, this paper explained how to resolution process definition, how to control process route, how to insurance the uniformity of workflow and modify policy in detail in order to provide valuable methods in dynamic workflow research.
