Design And Implementation Of The Cooperation Office Information System Based On Workflow

Applying the workflow technology in the office automation system, the requirement changing is effectively handled when the organization or business process is changed, and the adaptability of the office automation can be enhanced.In the process of design of the cooperation office information system, based on the workflow reference model which is established by Workflow Management Coalition, a workflow management system model which is fit for the enterprise with the small or middle scale is implemented. A workflow management system is implemented in the platform of Lotus Domino groupware according to the above model. Based on the activity diagram and the state chart, the workflow patterns of sequence diffluence and alternation diffluence are implemented. The workflow security is assured through the access privilege which is appointed by the workflow node. The reusability problem of the process redefinition is resolved through the separate storage of the workflow relative data and the process definition data. The multi-nesting of the process and the direction from the father process to the child process are supported through treating the child process as virtual node. And the direction from the child process to the father process is implemented through the history marks. The process definition can be created and modified intuitionisticly and conveniently through the tools of visual process definition. The flexibility of the cooperation office information system which applies the workflow management system processing business process is effectively improved. According to Role-Based Access Controls, the cooperation office information system security is assured on the base of security in the groupware platform of Lotus Domino, the flexibility of the system is enhanced, and the access privilege of the system is resolved. Applying the workflow management system, the cooperation office information system of DongFeng YuLon Motor Sales Co.,LTD has been used in actual work. It has good performance. It is proved practically that the system is designed reasonably.
