Design And Implementation On Workflow Based Mobile Office Automation

OA (Office Automation, OA) has been developed rapidly in the1970s and introducedinto China. In the1990s, it has entered the high-speed development stage. It is based onsystems science as its theoretical basis and puts to use the information technologies, whichmake people free from the heavy manual labor, to improve the work efficiency. The designand implementation of office automation system which aims to increase labor productivity,improve the internal management system of enterprises, accelerate enterprise informationintegration and provide fast and accurate decision-making information to enable thedecision makers to solve the problem quickly and easily. Meanwhile, it is to simplify theprevious cumbersome process and shorten time of the process.In recent years, with the different application background, the solutions to officeautomation have sprung up one after another, which are involved in many fields, and useddifferent technology architecture. With the rapid development of mobile internettechnology, it will be a trend to apply such a high-tech to office automation. Meantime,there has introduced the workflow development approach to development in the overallsystem implementation.This thesis presents strategy on design and implementation on workflow basedmobile office automation. The main works are as follows:1) Through the analysis of the overall system architecture, this thesis has studiedthe analysis and construction of the software system, stratified structure and build supportsystems. With the establishment of a flowchart, it has analyzed to the workflowtechnology designed for the task of modeling and carried out the overall analysis ofbusiness workflows. There has been a detailed analysis of organizational functions of thesystem and the functional modules in system function analysis.2) In the design of the system and the system functions, the author has studied thedesign of system function in the three main designs of function flow, business flow andmain modules. And the paper points out to use the language associated with softwaredevelopment and related framework to achieve the system.3) In the course of testing the system, various methods to system testing has beendiscussed and the testing of the system has been completed.Through the entire design and implementation process, workflow technology hasbeen applied to the development of office automation system, and implemented the usage in the mobile terminal. It verifies the feasibility of the design. Meanwhile, the test alsofinds some shortcomings in the development process and then the author makes asummary.
