Research And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On The Workflow Technology

With the rapid development and applications of the Internet/Intranet technology, it provides a good opportunity for the development of office automation. At present, the development of the office automation system based on the B/S structure is becoming a hot spot of today's study, and the workflow technology is the core technology. Based on the B/S structure of the office automation system compares with the traditional manual work, it not only can result in such considerable improvement as in office conditions and in enhancing work quality and efficiency, but also can speed up the standardization of enterprise management, networking and automation process.In this thesis, first, the research actuality and the development trend of the workflow technology are introduced, and the workflow theories are mentioned ,as well as the advantage of the workflow technology; Secondly, by analyzing the requirements of the China Railway Electrification Bureau Company II, the system uses the.NET Framework as a basis for the development platform , compares with the advantages and disadvantages of four workflow models, chooses the activity network diagram to construct the process model , the organization model and resource model. The process model prescribes the transfer of workflow steps and the transfer of states; According to the system's needs, the organization model is consisted of five entities: personnel, role, headship, department and group, to providing the person factor for the system; the resource model is divided into individual resource and resource type, to providing the thing factor for the system. In the third, the fixed and user-defined workflow which is approved, the thesis introduces the design process by some examples and the workflow how to operate and control is introduced. Finally, the network security and the system's security are studied by three facets .That is the network security, the application system's security and the internal security management in the company.In the mass, the system's workflow design is flexible, smooth and stable.
