Temperature is a very important parameter in cold chain system, cold chain monitoring system plays an important role in controlling the temperature sensitivity products, ensuring the quality of low temperature goods and reducing the loss of Logistics. The monitoring technology in cold chain of China is mainly artificial measurement and paper-based records, and has no unified data system to support, can not warning early, so has a large loss rate.In this paper, wireless monitoring system of cold-chain equipment is consists of temperature acquisition module, relay modules and server software. The temperature cold-chain equipment is acquired through the real-time temperature Acquisition Module and the data will sent to the relay module wirelessly, relay module then sent the data to the server. Users can know the temperature of cold chain system from the server software, thus realizing the real-time temperature monitoring for all nodes of the cold chain system. We can further develop alert module through e-mail, text messages of mobile phone and telephone alarm automatically when the temperature is not in the range being appointed as. Development of the system is aimed at standardizing the cold-chain equipment real-time temperature monitoring, and set up appropriate temperature range, the temperature anomalies in a specific time, issued alarm information in different ways, thereby ensuring the quality of cold-chain items. Especially in the field of medical supplies such as blood, medicines and other ultra-low temperature has a major practical significance.This paper is focused on temperature acquisition module, with the comparative study of the current temperature sensor technology, wireless transmission technology and SCM technology, designing the acquisition module. Acquisition modules include temperature sensors, microprocessors and wireless radio chip. System using PT100 as temperature sensor; And Atmel's ATmega128L microcontrollers as main processor, it integrate a A/D converter internal and can convert the temperature from analog signal into a digital signal; Radio chips used Hipcon's CC2420 RF transceiver; it has ZigBee technology at the core, and linked with ATmegal28L, after data processing, it can transmit the temperature to wireless relay module.This system consists of hardware and software with the completion of the corresponding function. After testing, hardware works reliable. Users may set up the range of temperature, alerting methods through the software, so to assurance the temperature situation of the cold-chain equipment accurately, and it is simple to use.
