The Research And Application Of WSN Based On ZigBee During Meat Cold Chain Logistics

With the development of the WSN and the urgent demands of meat cold chain logistics, therequest for WSN is becoming an inevitable trend to apply WSN to meat cold chain logistics.This paper has made thorough research to WSN. Which WSN based on ZigBee technologyapplied in is meat cold chain logistics, aiming to collect and control the temperature information ofchilled meat and pasteurized meat products during transportation. Besides, the study of locationtechnology in WSN has been made to mointor the temperature in the large space such as exhaustingmeat acid workshop, cold storage, etc.The practical background and specific meaning of meat cold chain logistics and WSN have beenanalyzed. The key technologies in WSN during cold chain logistics have been stated. The features, thesystem structure and the stack of ZigBee have been described. The current situation and the commenAT commands have been discussed.The system structure of WSN contains terminal local area network, backbone transmissionnetwork and business management network. The terminal local area network has been built by theCC2430chip and the DS18B20sensor. The backbone transmission network has been constructed bythe GSM module. At the same time, tests of the two networks have been taken to make the systemcome true.Based on the establishment of the hardware platform, the software system of WSN during meatcold chain logistics has been designed and developed. There are three parts consisted of, the softwareof ZigBee network, the software of short message communication by GSM and the monitoringsoftware. The software of ZigBee network has made the temperature collection and transportation inthe refrigerated rolling stock be an implementation. The software of short message communication byGSM can transport and receive messages between two GSM modules. The monitoring softwareallows staff members to mointor the temperature information and take measures at the time when thetemperature is unusual.In order to make sure the quality of meat in the large space, the technology of location based onWSN has been studied and the method of three-dimensional space location has been designed. Themethod makes full use of the plane aligment based on WSN and the moving anchor nodes.
