In recent years,with the continuous development of the cold chain logistics industry,the related technology industry is becoming more and more mature,and the requirements for temperature monitoring system arehigher and higher.Traditional cold chain logistics temperature monitoring system is generally recorded by manual.It is not only inefficient,but also waste a lot of human and material resources.At present,the cold-chain logistics industry is moving toward the development of intelligence and scale.The monitoring of the temperature of cold-chain logistics can no longer be adapted to the development of the times by relying only on manual records and other primitive methods.Drawing on the latest technological advances in development,temperature monitoring in particular has become a trend in the future.As a large area of mutton production and consumption in China,the mutton in the process of cold chain transportation,it is unavoidable that the meat temperature control improper and lead to deterioration.Therefore,the study of the cold chain logistics monitoring system to realize the real-time monitoring in the process of cold chain is of great significance to ensure the quality and safety of meat products.First of all,this paper analyzes and summarizes the development of cold chain logistics systemanditskeytechnologiesandputsforwardafuzzyPID(proportional-integral-differential)temperature controller,which takes the temperature deviation and variation rate of the refrigerator car as input quantity,according to the fuzzy rule base,Membership function to set the parameters of the controller.The simulation shows that when the temperature of the refrigerator truck falls from 6~?C to 2~?C,the time of the fuzzy PID controller is faster than the conventional PID controller 5.4s,and the time to reach the steady state is faster than the conventional PID controller 12s.The performance of the fuzzy PID controller and the anti-interference ability of the controller are better than the conventional PID controller at different temperatures.Based on the design of Fuzzy PID controller,the optimization problem of controller parameters based on PSO is studied and analyzed,and a fuzzy PID controller based on particle swarm optimization is designed.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID controller and the fuzzy PID controller based on particle swarm optimization algorithm can satisfy the requirement when the temperature of the refrigerated truck falls from 10~?C to 2~?C,but the time to reach the steady state of the fuzzy PID controller based on particle swarm optimization is shorter than that of the fuzzy PID controller 12s,and the error tends to zero.Then according to the demand of system application,based on the predecessors,this paper designs an embedded cold chain temperature control system based on ARM(Advanced RISC machines).The system temperature data acquisition part mainly uses the ZigBee short distance communication technology,is responsible for gathers the refrigerated compartment temperature data,provides the data support for the later temperature control.The system control part takes the arm embedded technology as the main,is responsible for processing the temperature data which the ZigBee terminal collects,and according to the processing result output corresponding signal to control the refrigerator car temperature change;In the control part uses the embedded QT for the development environment to provide the image interface for the system.The whole system realizes the function of temperature data collection,temperature data processing and real-time display of temperature in refrigerated car compartment.
