A Research About The Report On Northeast China Of People Daily

This thesis tries to analyze the reports on Northeast China of People Daily published from 1998 to 2007, in order to understand whether the frame of reports about Northeast China on central newspapers has changed, furthermore, to discuss the reasons of these changes.Via the statistical analysis we can find that, before the revive or after, the reports on Northeast China of People Daily has always emphasized the economical frame, especially the industrial frame, just a few large industrial enterprises together with cities based on industry are fully reported. However, those contents, out of the frame, often get neglected, such as agriculture, tertiary industry (including education) and those cities base on tertiary industry. And this situation seems to aggravate in the late 5 years. Having analyzed the reason of such report frame on an academic scale, this paper raises strategies for these problems, which tries to inspire central medias when reporting regional economy.
