| The development and application of Automated Warehouse System (Automated Storage & Retrieval System, AS / RS) have a great significance in improving the economic efficiency of the logistics industry. The researches, that to find the most suitable warehouse automation control scheme, to optimize the allocation of the cargo space, to improve the efficiency of the transportation and selection system, and to make the management and use of information more rationally and effectively, are the focus of logistics industry and control theory.This Paper has a studying on the warehouse in optimizing the allocation, transfer multi-task, stacker efficient and comprehensive information management.By the optimizing of cargo unit (Standard Kit Unit, SKU) it can improve the selecting efficiency. According to the need of user, the characteristics of product and the original configuration of the optimization of cargo space allocation,the simulation system ,which developed to study the question of optimizing storage space, can acquire optimal allocation, and give a graphic image of the cargo space.Using line-up competition algorithm"solves the problem of transmission multi-task. Doing not use Stacker purely for the operational control in the traditional mode, but expanding the scope of control system, using"the shortest distance running operations"of two-way output stacker and optimization of user-order combination, optimize the roadway stacker operating time and increase the frequency of selection.We can make the users get rid of single verbal consultation and cockamamie manual-fill operations, increase the level of operation of automation system and efficiency, by setting up the "SCM information management system" based on the internet, integrating the tripartite resources of logistics company,product suppliers and terminal (vendors),providing the warehouse control environment of the share of information,reliable information security, and friendly service. |
