Nowadays, the automation of initiating explosive device production is low in our country. This paper designed the initiating explosive devise production line distributed control system which base on the the configuration software VISIDAQ and ADAM 4000 series modules. The system provides strong anti-interference, high reliability, low cost, friendly man-machine interface and other good performance.Combining requires of the task, this paper improved the gas-liquid system of pressing machine which provide mechanical platform for DCS after analyze the principle of pneumohydraulic pressure and the reason of adopting it.This paper designed the hardware to the distributed control system which including power supply circuit,basic circuit design,inputs,outputs,electromagnetic valve driving circuit, RS-232&RS-485 communication circuit etc. Paper take anti-interference in considering and adopt many measures to improve the reliability and performance of the circuit. In the hardware circuit desing method, this paper combine computer simulation and practicality experiment to improve the efficiency of circuit desing and debugging.In software system, it includes lower MCU software design and upper computer configuration design. The lower MCU programmer which runs in MCU hardware syetem is designed base on the ADAM 40000 series command system communication and the control system by analyzing the ADAM 4000 series command. The upper configuration software which including display designer and task designer provides user a friendly man-machine interface and convenience for the engineer's monitoring, it plays an important role in realizing centralized control and managemnt.The initiating explosive devise production line distributed control system's good performance and low cost play positive roles in the initiating explosive device production automation furtherly.
