As the development of economy, the social requirement of chemical production is increasingly,and the production scale of chemical industry becomes more and more large. But these companiesare so wide distribution and scattered, that the security is hard to be managed, and the safety ofchemical production attracts more and more attention. These years, the facilities have been greatlypromoted, but our companies’management of safety in production mostly stay in traditional level,and haven’t be promoted. According to above issues, we take emulsion explosive for example.Using the technology of fault diagnosis and RFID, we construct an integrated management systemto monitor security in production.In this thesis, we discuss the security monitoring and management in the producing process ofemulsion explosives. Meantime, we focus on four parts, which are the whole technical frameworkof the system, the summary and classification of the faults in production line, the securitymonitoring of the production line and the inventory. The main task of our work can be summarizedas follows:(1) According to the demand of the company’s security management in production, we designthe framework and functions of the security monitoring and management system in emulsionexplosive production process. In consideration of the status of security management in emulsionexplosive and the special regulation of hazardous article (e.g. the finished products cannot stay inworkshop more than 24 hours), we make the security monitoring of production line and warehousetogether, which can monitor the whole process of emulsion explosive production, and furtherimproves the security level of the system.(2) In accordance with the technical process of emulsion explosive, we analyze the processparameters and the correlation between each other in detail, summary and quantify the probablefaults in system, which is beneficial to classify diagnosis rules in future.(3) In the module of the security monitoring and management of the production line, weconstruct an intelligent model of the fault diagnosis system according to the productive technologyand professional expertise, which can make the function of security monitoring and management inthe production process. By quantifying the diagnostic parameters and the extent of faults, analyzingmulti-factor failures and security risks, we create diagnosis rules with priority such that the systemnot only realizes function of fault diagnosis, but also the evaluating security and warning failure,which further improves the security and practicality of the system. (4) In terms of the status of traditional manual warehouse management in the companies, weuse the RFID technology to construct an information model of warehouse management, whichintegrates the product information, inventory management and the sales information. This modulerealizes the function of real-time tracking for dangerous goods. And it improves the efficiency andaccuracy of inventory management, which further improves the comprehensive security of thesystem. We also discuss in detail of RFID hardware choosing, feasibility of experiment and thesoftware and hardware system designing.Finally, we uses C# and SQL Server data base to realize the system’s function by interactivedevelopment. So that the system achieves an effect of intelligent security monitoring in productionprocess, which can further improve the system’s combination property by accuracy rate, workefficiency and security level.
