This thesis takes the full-automatic small diameter industrial explosive tube packaging line that was developed by Meizhou Zhensheng Machinery & Equipment Institue along with Wuhan Polytechnic University as a background. The work principle of this line and the structure design principle were researched in detail, some key techniques and design methods were discussed.The paper was expanded from the following five aspects:First, the general design of this line was completed on the basis of in-depth analysis of the technical process.Second, the design principles and structure characteristics of the key subsystems such as pile system, wrapping system, wax smearing system, etc. have been researched and designed in detail.Third, according to the analysis and comparison of different transmission systems, pneumatic system was selected. Compressors, cylinders, directional control valves and other pneumatic components were selected by theoretical calculations.Fourth, both hardware and software of the control system was designed to realize full automatic control of the temperature, the electrical and pneumatic components of this packaging line.Last, two bottleneck working procedures was found out and the way to solve them were also presented.The packaging line run well in the test, which proves that either the structure or the process innovations were effective. The machine got the exaltation of the quality whether the function or the efficiency, realized well the customer's request.
