Recently, PLC control technology has been widely used in the electronic industry and machinery manufacturing industry.Flexible automatic control system has obtained a significant development, It has been developed from the original manual to the half manual and gradually towards the fully automated direction. The application of PLC control system improves the production efficiency, it also reduces the labor and production costs. it has created more benefits and value for the enterprise, this study has important meaning for research.The paper starts from the theoretical research, combines with the practical situation,design and research the visual/UV pressing machine in the Voice coil diaphragm production line. It mainly focuses on the design of control system,and study the image matching algorithm based on it.For the control system, we design it from two aspects : hardware and software. We design the main circuit, input/output unit, intelligent I/O unit and PLC control circuit for the hardware part, draw its CAD hardware wiring diagram based on the working principle. The software is divided into three parts: the PLC program design、the touch screen design and EIP network architecture. It uses Sysmac Studio software for PLC program design, completes program writing of each part according to its technological process and functional requirements;Touch screen uses GP- Pro EX software to design the main menu, manual mode and automatic mode, finish its function of analysis, monitoring and display of the operating status;The EIP Network architecture is used to build EIP communication model between the adjacent equipment of production line in the Network Configurator software environment,test the upstream and downstream signal at the scene. We also design the image acquisition hardware circuit diagram of the visual system, Using the related method, thesimilarity evaluation method based on absolute error and the composite matching algorithm based on feature and gray level to study image matching algorithm after we finish the circuit design. We verifies matching speed and correct rate of the three algorithms, the composite algorithm is better than the traditional algorithms,this algorithm can improve the control system’s beat.Experiments show: the design of control system can satisfy the requirements of the phenomenon process, and the actual equipment has been made. the experiment is carried out in three different transmission speeds, record and analyze the leak and error detection, the results show that the system can meet the production requirements.
