The blasting integrated service model is based on-site mixed explosive vehicle operation process of civil mixed explosive production,sales.Such service is not only consistent with the developing direction of international Industrial Explosive Materials,but also with the developing technology required in our explosive materials industrial.Though with high security,the mixed explosive still have unsafe factors in its production process for its essence of explosive.The explosive accident happened in the port of Tianjin set off an alarm bell to the unit of hazardous substance,especially for the security management of storage enterprise.Therefore,this paper design and implement a set of mixed explosive production management system to reduce the production of explosive management,sales of blasting process of insecurity.In the field of mixed explosive production and service process,the introduction of information management measures,the development of a complete and effective production information management systemwill optimize the process management.Raw material procurement and storage,explosive production and blasting links and other links which are more close and smooth can significantly reduce the insecurity.Therefore,it enables to reduce the insecure factors to the large extent,so that the safe,precise and highly qualified production of mixed explosive can be possible.Meanwhile,on the basis of meeting the needs of customers,the order and purchase management of raw material is available to reduce stocks to their utmost,cut down the deterioration owing to the overstock of raw materials of hazardous substance and lessen the destruction to the enterprise and its neighboring districts on account of the burning and explosive accidents.The management system of mixed loading explosive production adopts the powerful programming language Python featured by its simple and concise grammar,which can complete the program quickly.The use of web2 py architecture design and code make high speed drive,security and transplantation of database possible,so that the full featured Web application framework is available to the Python language.By the management of workflow,the information of the system,production data,personnel and vehicle as well as the mixed management of mixed explosive in which personnel from every class is engaged become procedural and simple.The system architecture is composed of master tool,user layer and customer layer.The interaction between user and customer layer is accomplished by the module;the design of the customer layer finally output kinds of modules,which are used to decide the running condition of user layer.The template collection contains data templates,interface logic templates and a single interface Excel template,etc.The function modules of system includes six modules-basic information modules,order and purchase management module,inventory management module,product management module,customer service management module,statistical analysis module,which are convenient for the development of operation and function and are respectively applied to the design of UI.The function and characteristic of the system is convenient to operate,to the management of raw materials,loading and related personnel by setting different permissions.Users with different permissions have different operations,whichmakes the system flexible and adaptable,effectively improve the safety of production management system.Each module covers the whole process of production,giving informational management to customer orders,procurement approval,purchase of raw materials,inspection,warehousing management,explosive production approval,production sending,loading of mixed raw materials,production,customer service,statistical analysis and so on.The application of explosive production management system can not only effectively improve the management of two hazardous substance,namely the inventory of raw materials and mixing production to avoid many problems which are prone to happen in the internal control of the production of mixed explosive,but also can save a lot of enterprise resources and greatly improve the efficiency of production safety.The design and development of the system achieve the expected results.
