In the glass fiber manufacturing industry.the future development trend of various production equipment is large,continuous and high parameter.Because the hole digging and cap mounting are manually completed in the glass fiber packaging link,this job has the defects of large amount of labor,low efficiency and high strength.And there are problems of poor processing consistency and high reject rate in manual processing.As a result,it becomes the bottleneck that restricts the whole automation level of glass fiber production enterprises.In this paper,the automatic pressing mechanism of the bum-pressing robot workstation and the automatic pressing method of the bum-pressing robot workstation are designed and studied.The lifting and pressing board is provided with the positioning block of lining cap.The rise and fall of the bottom of the fixed plate is equipped with the cylinder,cylinder moving parts through the fixed bottom plate connected lifting pressing plate,cylinder pressure rise and plywood by lifting movement parts in line cap points between institution and fixed base plate lifting movement Line cap automatic pressing mechanism dig a hole and the loading mechanism of lining cap are all open,feeding without downtime,improve work efficiency.A Siemens PLC is used as the main controller of the bum-pressing robot station.PLC control signal is realized by TP 1000 touch screen,sensor and kuka-kr200.Then drive the solenoid valve,v90 to control the cylinder,servo motor and other equipment.It can realize the precise control of the equipment to the action of separating the digging gasket and lining cap,conveying and pressing.At present,the robot workstation is running stably,which realizes the full automation of the lamination.The working efficiency of the equipment is high,and the defective rate and difference of the processed gasket are low.It is a step forward for the development and application of automatic packaging equipment for glass fiber spinning.
