With the development of society, people increase the demand for medium density fiberboard constantly. It is an extremely urgent problem to set up the control system of the hot-pressing product line of MDF with higher automatic degree. The purpose of this thesis is to set up distributed control system of hot-pressing product line of MDF, in order to improve the level of control and management the hot-pressing production.According to characteristic and requests of hot-pressing production of MDF, utilizing the thought of DCS, this paper puts forward a kind of small-scale distributed control system of hot-pressing production suitable for MDF, which distributed control system of hot-pressing product line on the basis of PLC. This system adopts hierarchical type of way in control and management, adopting computer technology, control technology, network communication, etc. This control system has realized the distribution on the function and the geography and has improved the dependability of the control system. This control system adopts the prevailing configuration software (Kingview6.01 ) as the controlling software. This control system realizes the functions such as produce the real-time control, the trends show, the accident reports, production report, etc.Through the analysis of continuous hot-pressing technology of MDF, this paper introduces the fuzzy control method on the control of hot-pressing times in order to achieve and improve production quality and product efficiency. The fuzzy controller chooses the press and the moisture content as fuzzy input, hot-pressing times as fuzzy output.
