Research And Exploitation Of Modified Ammonium Nitrate Explosive Continuous And Automatic Product Line

With the improvement of industrial automation in control technology,the development of explosive continuous and automatic product has to be focus in industrial explosive area. In the working center, many controls still stick on separate foundation of electric relay and contactor, the yielding speed and automation degree is all lower. The traditional manual control and management methods could no longer meet the information management requirements. In order to improve the quality of product and economic benefit, it has great meaning to research and exploit explosive continuous and automatic product line based on PLC.The development of explosive product and status of computer monitoring system homeabord is introduced in this paper, then the product technology and equipments of modified ammonium nitrate explosive are researched. Something about control equipments are introduced, then choose the right equipments for the product line,including PLC, frequency converter and flowmeter. The design of electric hardware circuit is presented in the paper.It contains the design of power system distribution , ensure I/O counts and I/O circuit. This paper presented the design of software in control system, including the explanation of control software and the design of flow chart (communication with frequency converter and flowmeter, PID regulator and host computer control). The monitoring system software's structure and development are also presented and the monitoring system software is exploited using IoDisplay Expert 8.0. The monitoring and management in working center is completed . The product data is storaged.The paper introduces two main factors of interfere which appear in automatic control system of industrial explosive product line, then analysis why interfere happen and how to slove it.At last summarizes the study of the project and propose the perspective imagination.The actual operation of automatic product line show that the control system meets the design objectives. The operator can monitor the production equipments in monitor room, reduce the intensity of labour while improve the production efficiency.
