With the development of long-distance communication technology, the frequency conversion velocity modulation technology, MCU(Micro Control Unit) technology and the PID control theory, the water supply control level has experienced a revolutionary leap. The PID controller has been widely applied for its advantages. With the development of computer technology, the digital PID control technology is also experiencing a great leap. At the same time, PID control theory combines some kinds of advanced control algorithms in which fuzzy control theory is the representative. According to this system's characters, we combined fuzzy control theory, genetic algorithm with the conditional PID control theory, and applied this theory to the constant pressure water supply system.This system was the concrete application of advanced PID control theory, long-distance communication, computer network and the MCU technology. The paper synthesizing every part's hardware design and the PC and MCU software design debugging into a body, and exhaustively elaborating the entire design process, combining the MATLAB simulation , proposed some new design ideas and did some experiments on the system and analyzed them.The system had the better dynamic performance and the ability of anti-jamming than the conventional PID controller, and it solved many actual problems, so I believe it would be the direction of modern water supply system and be introduced to other fields which need higher quality constant pressure water supply.
