The heating system has some characteristics, such like large time delay, non-linear,parameters change easily and so on. Using traditional PID control only, the watersupply pressure and replenishing water pressure has fluctuation range, long durationdynamic process, more obvious pipeline water hammer effect, more difficult to meetthe process requirements.By reading a lot of documents, combined with the heating system’s features.replacing the traditional PID control, use the parameter adaptive fuzzy PID controlsystem and feed forward-cascade control system to control water supply pressure andreplenishing water pressure.When design the water supply pressure control system, according to thetraditional PID control, fuzzy control and adaptive control theory and characteristics,obtained using the parameter adaptive fuzzy PID control for water supply pressure isfeasible and more use of the traditional PID control. Secondly, according to the watersupply system’s features, control requirements and the parameter adaptive fuzzy PIDcontrol design the parameter adaptive fuzzy PID controller, and also discussed the getof important parameters of the controller. Finally, in the MATLAB simulation tool,using different control system for water supply system. When use the parameteradaptive fuzzy PID controller, water supply system get better dynamic performance,stronger adapted ability and anti-interference ability etc..When design the replenishing water pressure control system, according to the traditional PID control, feedforward control and cascade control theory andcharacteristics, obtained using the feed forward-cascade control for replenishing waterpressure is feasible and more use of the traditional PID control. Secondly, according tothe replenishing water system’s features, control requirements and the feed forward-cascade control design the the feed forward-cascade control system, and alsodiscussed the get of important parameters of the it. Finally, in the MATLAB simulationtool, using different control system for replenishing water system. When use the feedforward-cascade control system, replenishing water system get better dynamicperformance, stronger adapted ability and anti-interference ability etc..In actual heating system, using the parameter adaptive fuzzy PID controller andfeed forward-cascade control system to replace the traditional PID control. The watersupply pressure and replenishing water pressures’ fluctuation is smaller, dynamicadjusting process time is shorter, strengthened the control system’s ability to adapt andanti-interference ability, improves the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchangesystem.
