Today, The variable frequency speed control technology and computer technology have got very rapidly development and improvement, Frequency control method has been widely used in constant pressure water supply control system.Requirement for the reliability of water supply system is also rised, It has become an inevitable trend what the constant pressure water supply system has made a design of high energy, high reliability with control of advanced technique of automation. Therefore, constant pressure water supply control system of the high performance, economy, has important practical significance in improving labor productivity, reducing energy consumption.Firstly. This paper is explained about the energy saving principle of frequency conversion water supply system according to the operation characteristic curve of pipeline and pump in this paper. By analyzing the principle and system of constant pressure water supply, some control schemes are proposed.By the different schemes comparison, the frequency converter and PLC control are realized the constant pressure water supply finally. The design of constant pressure water supply system is the controller of digital FID and fuzzy control, introduced the basic principle of fuzzy control and the existing problems, puts forward the design of fuzzy PID controller correction factor adjustment an approximate model of water supply system, and the simulation. Through the simulation results, shows that the modifying factor fuzzy PID control algorithm advantage. Finally, the effeet of two controllers are analyzed and compared.Finally, the design of the system’s hardware and software is introduced thoroughly.and system’s EMC and suppressive ways are put forward in the end.
