Water is the source of all things, also is the indispensable material in urban development. For a long time, China is short of water resources, urban water supply, industrial water supply, etc, they are provided with a lot of defects, with the rapid development of economy, the continuous improvement of city living standards, people put forward higher requirements about the quality and stability of urban water supply, Take advantage of advanced automation technology, remote monitoring and control technology and communication technology, the design of constant pressure water supply system of high efficiency, energy saving, stable and able to adapt to different areas has become an inevitable trend.On the basis of the existing water supply system, this paper puts forward a more complete system--Unmanned remote monitoring system of pressure station constant pressure water supply device. Its controlled objects are water level of the reservoir and pressure of water supply pipe network, it can control the water pump motor of the scene in the form of circulation, to meet the needs of users. This system can be locally to monitor field devices, and greatly improve the automation degree of the water supply system.This system uses three pumps, the design of two of them to use, a standby, with a frequency converter to control three pumps, complete analysis and study of the system, the design of hardware circuit and software, the terminal adopts PLC of Siemens S7-200series to control the pump operation of the scene, control center adopts PLC of Siemens S7-300series for field data acquisition, monitoring, extraction and processing, the monitoring interface selects touch screen of the Kinco company MT4000series, this paper expounds the composition and working principle of the unmanned remote monitoring system of constant pressure water supply, has realized the hardware selection, the design of PLC circuit, the GPRS communication module and touch screen interface, etc.The system combines the wireless communication, automation and remote monitoring. and other advanced technology, improves the automation level of the water supply system, enhances the service quality of water, fully embodies the importance of the wireless communication technology and automatic control technology in water supply system.
