With booming market economy of our country, the social and economy have obtained rapid development, at the same time the users is getting higher and higher to water supply reliability and water quality. At present water supply system in the urban and the plot tall building still use directly water tower or direct pump supply, because the water supply way has a high lift and motor always run at high speed, thus causing great power consumption. In addition, scarcity of resources and increasing awareness of environmental protection, and further promoted the water supply system to adopt better control strategy. Therefore in consideration of performance or energy efficiency considerations, the water supply system needs dramatic change.In this paper, the water supply system conditions and the speed of energy-saving principle of regulating conduct have been in depth study, city water plant for the actual condition of constant pressure transformation; based on neural fuzzy PID terms of hybrid control strategy. Hardware, system composition and structure of computer fuzzy control system have been designed, and research the self-adaptability of control systems'major subsystems–structure and operation process of water supply system. The water supply process is subject to random disturbances, large inertia, time delay and non-linear parameter distribution of the characteristics, with which the traditional manual adjustment cannot satisfy the accuracy requirements. In this paper, self-regulating fuzzy PID is used to take real-time control of pressure on the pipe network and the reservoir water level, to realize the automatic high-precision control of water pressure and water level, and at the same time very little investment is needed on the basis of the original system. The system can be more energy efficient and lower pipeline pressure fluctuations, thus reducing the failure rate of equipment operation and labor intensity, with good economic and social benefits.At the same time the design of the hardware is being briefly introduced, basically from the driver, the system elements selection, water level control circuit design, hydraulic control circuit design, control loop design, the design of auxiliary power to start. As a result of water pressure control, so the various parts of the hardware have become relatively complex.In this paper, the MATLAB/SIMULINK software is being used to program and process modeling of water supply system, fuzzy neural network PID control algorithm simulation tests, and take the algorithm compared with the traditional PID control algorithm, fuzzy self-regulating PID control algorithm. This paper verifies the static characteristics, dynamic characteristics, robustness and anti-disturbance of the algorithm. The results shows that the proposed algorithm can not only satisfactory to control performance and strong robustness, high anti-resistance, and the system design method is simple, which can be used in practical industrial control conveniently.
