The paper proposes a design of water supply system using Fuzzy control and synchronous switch. Water supply system is a complex system, which exits no-linearity, strong couple, time delay and time varying, so it is difficult to achieve better results by traditional control methods. The paper presents a Fuzzy control algorithm to realize closed loop control. Moreover, synchronous switch is applied to the system in order to complete the smooth switch on condition that frequency and phase of inverter power and power supply are the same. There exits many subjective factors during design the fuzzy control, genetic algorithms is applied to optimize membership functions and control rules, and the simulation results of before and after optimization are compared. The simulation results indicate that this control strategy has very good effects.
