In the town planning and construction process,various kinds of life and productionof high-level buildings gradually, How to improve the stability of the system buildingwater supply problem highlights to come out. People not only for the water supplysystem stability have higher request, and requirements of the energy function.For users of high buildings, during the day or water rush hour, the motor load ofwater supply systems is largest, often need to run at full load or overload. in the eveningor leisure, Required to reduce the number of water, but the motor still running at fullcapacity, This will not only waste a lot of resources, loss of motor is also relativelylarge. Therefore, according to the needs of different conditions to adjust the motor speedto achieve constant pressure water supply.The system is through the use of PLC technology, realizes to the water supplysystem of constant pressure control. This paper introduces the principle and structure ofconstant pressure water supply system, summed up a reasonable control scheme. Thesystem will PLC, frequency converter and the various actuators combined with organic,to achieve a constant pressure water supply and the real-time monitoring, at the sametime, the hardware and software of the system are introduced in detail. By the PLC logiccontrol, by the frequency converter to regulate pressure. Frequency converter,programmable controller as control core part, the converter interior operation, throughthe PLC control of frequency and power frequency switching, automatic regulation ofwater supply with constant pressure. The running results show that, the system hasstable pressure, simple structure, reliable work etc.
