Research On The Collaborative Purchasing Management Of Shipbuilding And System Implementation

Traditional supply of production materials in shipbuilding enterprise is totally internal affair which is managed by the enterprise itself. Thus the supply process, including purchasing, storage, and consignment and so on is highly planned and prescient. Supply can be managed step-by-step without necessary of timing demand. However, due to the rapid development of the market economy, the client and service requirement of ship manufacture has undergone tremendous changes. High cost and inefficient in supply become prominent issues. Therefore, it is necessary and of great realistic significance to make systematic analysis to the purchasing process of shipbuilding materials and redesign the whole process according to supply chain theory and modern information technology and implement collaborative purchasing in shipbuilding enterprise.This article stands on the point of view of the supply chain of material procedure constructed by the shipbuilding enterprise and the suppliers. Based on the characteristic of shipbuilding material and ship designation, after the classification of the material in the supply chain, collaborative purchasing management models are built for each class of material, and key issues of the management process are discussed. Major attention is focused on the purchasing model of steel. The relationship between time and cost of steel purchasing is analyzed, and the fuzzy cluster algorithms based method which aimed at the calculation of the steel demand has been given.And then research on the model based on the shipbuilding enterprises to provide motivation, equipment suppliers to determine the optimal handdate.At last research on the method of optimization to make order to general material goods in the quantity contrast to the traditional net-demand method.At last analyze the demand of procedure which foucs on the characters of different material.Design and implement the collaborative purchasing management system of shipbuilding enterprise using the technic researched above.
