Modern shipbuilding mode represent the combination of advanced philosophy,manufacturing technology and management theory. It’s a dynamic progress to find the bestsolution. In recent years, with the development of social and economy, the Shipbuildingenterprises of China have obtain a certain achievement in the field of IT construction. Itcovers the process of shipbuilding, such as scheduling, design, manufacturing, materials andetc. Due to the lack of attention on basic work of project management, there are someproblems in on-site management. It becomes one of the adverse factors in the development ofenterprise. Thus affect the establishment of a modern shipbuilding mode. For example, duringthe on-site manufacturing, due to the low information-gathering ability, or the fuzzy man-hourmanagement, we are unable to obtain the fact and generate a guidable report. As one of themost important part of the basic management, the Work-Order management has a strongvalue for research because it is the main subject in daily manufacturing.The Work-Order management is a practice of modern shipbuilding philosophy, andrepresents the integration of “Hull, Outfitting&Painting (IHOP)”. The code association ofWork-Order, Pallet Bill and Drawing reflects the mode of design, manufacturing andmanagement. And also reflects the multi-dimension management of “Zone, Stage, Type andSystem”. This system make the data package which can support intermediate products withmeticulous management in schedule into work order and hand out. According to themanagement system, and a variety of on-site data feedback, it creates the conditions for thestatistical analysis of data from the fundamental which is good for basic project managementservices provided. In this article, it accomplished the requirement analysis of the Work-Order Management System against the features of project management and the fact ofmanufacturing. Then completed the system design and realization. Then, it finished the designof the system and completed the work order management system based on modernshipbuilding mode. The implementation of System will optimize the team management andrealize the data comparison to promote the decision. It achieves the expected results.This work mainly in the following aspects:(1) In the context of the domestic shipbuilding industry vigorously developing modernshipbuilding mode, it compares the basic management work between domestic andforeign shipbuilding enterprise, combined domestic shipping enterprises commonlyused Employment way, analysis the position of the work order management in themodern shipbuilding mode and with the relation of enterprise’s productionmanagement business, from business processes, production standards, andproduction efficiency indicators, finished the business process analysis about thework order management based on the modern shipbuilding mode.(2) On the basis of a detailed analysis of business processes, this paper completed thefunctional requirements analysis and outline design of the Work-Order ManagementSystem based on the modern shipbuilding mode. On the one hand, from theperspective of the business, divide the function of the system, given use casediagram and a brief description of each function. On the other hand, from a technicalpoint of view, the system is divided into two end four layers, has done a certaindescription. In addition, combining the use of the system environment, it describesthe system from multiple perspectives scenarios.(3) On the base of the functional analysis and overview design, this article completedthe detailed design of the system database, server and client, finished the design ofthe database table structure. Then divided functional structure on the service side,described the main function of the realization and Restful services configuration.Client, given subsystem menu, completed the design of the main interface andfunctionality. Finally, it given the physical architecture of the system.(4) Based on the analysis and design of the Work-Order Management System, itcompleted the system. At the same time elaborated the realization of the key featuresand demonstrated the important function of the operating page. At last, it given theeffect of the implementation by the actual operation of the system.Because the System is involved of a large project in the information system of enterprise,and with fresh employment pattern and management theory, there will be a best practice to belearned for the domestic shipbuilding enterprises.
