Study On The Design Of Video Capture Terminate System Based On S3C2410A

With the broad application of video image technology and rapid development of embedded system , this thesis designs a video signal capturing and processing system using the S3C2410A embedded ARM processor as core ICs which based on VW2010 a special chip of video processing by combining with special-purpose video decoding SAA7113 and a D/A conversion chip SAA7121H, including hardware board design, implantation of Linux,and the design of the software for video capturing controller.This thesis also introduce a system of capturing,compressing,and real-time controlling of the video signal,and local storing.This thesis emphasizes the macro design of the system and its detailed realization.At first,the thesis systematically discusses the hardware design and introduces the phylogeny and the background of this project,and gives the detailed solution.Following,the application of ARM in the system is deeply analyzed.The characters and the structures of ARM processor and the VW2010 asic are emphasized in the thesis.At last,the detailed hardware circuit design of each block are given here,for instance,the interface design among S3C2410A and VW2010,the periphery interface electric circuits,the video capturing circuits and so on.About the software platform,this thesis emphasizes in general the advantage and the feature of the EOS Linux and analyzes the requirement of porting it to a kind of hardware platform and what must be done with a specific processor.And then gives the detail process of porting to my hardware platform.Finally, a embedded Linux development platform is built.
