We have entered the era of Dutu. With the impact of many of colorful, visually stimulating screens, television has become the most contact with children's media. As children in the rapid development of the special period, the impact of television on them more than the adults. The past, we accepted the more education from family, school, but today we have to note that the socialization of children's television in the process of subtle tremendous role. However, in the complicated TV shows, how much TV programs are really belonged to the children? The real growth process for children to play the role filled the number of programs? the children should look at what and how to do ?Therefore, we must re-examine the domestic children's television ,status to the development of cognitive psychological characteristics of children to start to tap children's programs of "free",to precisely target audience of children, thereby enrich program types and the depth of its meaning, create good brand image.This paper on the basis of the theory of children and television at home and abroad .First of all, on China's children's television programs were combing the status quo.
