Under the background of the marketization development of China's TV industry,children's TV programs gradually target urban children,and relatively neglect the media rights and actual needs of rural children,showing a more obvious propensity to spread-urbanization.Children are the builders of the future of the motherland,and children's television programs are an indispensable part of children's socialization process,affecting children's knowledge level,values and actual behavior.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and academic value to analyze the current situation of children's television program urbanization tendency,the impact on society and audience,the causes,and the path to explore this tendency.The current children's TV programs have a serious urbanization tendency,which is mainly reflected in the choice of the recording venue of the program biased towards the city,the disparity between the urban and rural areas of the program resources,the priority of the program participants in urban children,and the program content mainly promoting urban culture.This unbalanced propaganda tends to have a series of negative effects: from a social perspective,this will expand the urban-rural knowledge gap,exacerbate social exclusion between urban and rural areas,and affect social harmony and stability;The self-identification crisis of rural children leads to deviations in the values of rural children,which is not conducive to the healthy growth of rural children.However,it cannot be denied that it has had a certain positive impact on increasing urban population reserves,promoting social and economic development,and promoting children's knowledge learning.The urbanization tendency of children's TV programs is caused by avariety of factors: First,children's television dominated by market logic is subject to the constraints of commercial advertising interests and program production costs;second,the long-standing urban-rural dual structure leads to strong urban areas.The cultural pattern,the ecological environment of the media has evolved into urbanization;the third is the lack of social responsibility of children's program producers and the stereotypes of rural children;the fourth is the influence of rural children's own media literacy and idolatry.In order to change the serious urbanization bias of children's TV programs,all sectors of society should actively act as follows: By enhancing the communication power of children's TV programs,we can strengthen the construction of children's television public television,pay attention to the development of children's programs in rural areas,and improve the media literacy of rural children.And other strategies to balance children's TV programs to create a balanced media environment for the healthy growth and future development of urban and rural children.
