Children's television programs is associated with television production and produced, and upon being introduced to a warm welcome from the audience of children. Today, television as a medium. witnessed the rapid development and its rapid expansion influence makes watching television has become an indispensable part of daily life of children. However, the rapid development of television in the same time also brought some problems. As children grow and develop the audience is in a critical period, and the needs and aspirations of its unique characteristics and cognitive, all of those make problems in children's television programs particularly prominent. Children's sense of consciousness and powers of the weak, "adult tendency of" serious, inaccurate positioning content, children's satisfaction which is not high, scenes of violence and terror, color, and so on, are filled to the Children's television screen. All those bring healthy growth of children with unprecedented threats and disasters. Unfortunately, now the domestic academic research on children's television stays at the theoretical level, it is not deep enough and the system did not form a system. Take the international quality children's television program "Sesame Street" as an example, I introduce the development of the show, and success factors, and analyze the characteristics of its production and dissemination of methods.
