As the enterprise information technology penetration, with the enterprise resource planning (ERP) for the representatives of, the management information systems in the production and business activities of enterprises have played an important role. However, with the product market competition intensifies, leading to the production process requires the continuous improvement of enterprise not only focus on the results of the implementation plan, but also focus on the implementation of the plan process, Manufacturing execution systems (MES) came into being, a compensate for the planning and control system between the fault and effective realization of the plan and control system data transfer and sharing, while enhancing the enterprise workshop on the management and production control.This paper linked up with NSK's MES system development, discussed the characteristics of MES system, applied business process modeling methods, used ARIS modeling tools, established Manufacturing execution systems function model, organization model, data model and control view model, in view of control through expansion of event-driven process chains Fig (eEPC) , linked to three other views. And than based on this model, in the JAVA platform for application systems development, built MES system for enterprises plan to layer and control layer comprehensive information integration through model-driven, improved the overall management level of enterprises, but also is of great significance to the manufacturing sector's raise of the level of overall production.
