ARIS-based Business Process Design And Implementation

When world economy grows stably and market requirement is high, the enterprises don't care about the cost on R&D and the market share increase. But when the economy conditions change and growth slows down, the enterprises usually run in a mess. The old strategic plan and sales forecast have to be changed and the plan of new product launch and its supply chain also have to be modified.
