Twenty-first Century is a highly informative era,the survival and development of companies are faced with more severe challenges.In response to this challenge,how to establish and improve the modern enterprise Manufacturing Execution Control System,how to make use of enterprise Information System to realize the rapid response to market demand,optimize business processes,improve the efficiency of management has become many enterprises immediate task.However,as the enterprise Information System becomes more and more important,the enterprise is becoming more and more dependent,so it is necessary to make an efficient and systematic planning and analysis before usage.Based on the DI semiconductor company's actual business situation and the special stage of company development,starting from the actual problems faced by the company,this paper integrates the Information System planning theoretical knowledge with the company's existing business.Through the analysis of existing systems and business processes as well as continuous improvement and restructuring,this paper is to establish an information platform shared by all business departments,simplify the control flow,and improve the efficiency of business decisions.This planning for management information system is to achieve the smooth transition of old and new systems and the overall system efficiency improvement.This paper will according to U/C array finish system function separation and focus on the production planning,purchasing inventory,quality management and equipment management four subsystems.With the planning and implementation of the new system,the sharing of information among the various departments of the enterprise can be improved,and the decision-making efficiency of the enterprise will be improved,thereby the new system saves costs and improves the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Although the paper mainly studies DI Semiconductor's Manufacturing Execution Control system,the research methods and results in this paper hope to help other semiconductor companies in terms of information system planning and improving the core competitiveness of the company.
